Import Mapping

Overview

When a case is added to the Pending Cases & Bridges Data widget through a custom API, or, imported with a spreadsheet, you may need to ‘map’ the payment types, package names and product names used in the external system to the MIS Pro system. This screen is used to define those mappings.

The Import Mapping has the following widgets:

• Payment Mapping

• Package Mapping

• Product Mapping
